This is my project to build the Krautrok Phaser. It's based on the finest sounding phaser effect unit I know, the Compact A Phaser made by Gert Schulte Audio Elektronik. It's no longer made so if you want one, you'll need the pay the rather expensive price of the original, buy some of the later made units based on it or make your own.

This is the the original Compact Phasing 'A' (as you can see it's the number one of the phasers).

The original Compact Phasing 'A' was used by some electronic music pioneers and also by Ritchie Blackmore in the 70's version of Rainbow. The unit was used on 'Catch the Rainbow' song.

Ok. So I have started my little project by purchasing the PCB from Thonk UK. Here it is.
